Who we are

This website is run by the Dutch Cookware workshop in Ghent. It is where we present the range, take orders and answer questions - we are a small team, and the people you read about are the people who reply. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what to do if a question remains. For anything here, write to [email protected] and a person will answer.

What this website collects

When you browse, we store only privacy-respecting analytics in aggregate form, and only if you accept cookies. When you buy, we keep only what an order needs: your name, delivery and contact details, order history and payment confirmation. The browsing half and the ordering half never build a profile of you, and we never sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Cookies and the banner

The cookie banner offers two buttons and takes both seriously. Decline, and only a harmless technical cookie that remembers your choice is stored. Accept, and we add privacy-respecting analytics so we know which pages answer questions and which ones confuse people. There are no advertising cookies on this site.

Orders, payments and delivery

Orders you place on this website are paid through trusted payment providers - card, PayPal and Apple or Google Pay - so your full card number is never handled by us. Delivery details go only to the carrier that ships your order, and returns or warranty claims run against the same order record.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or the UK, you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. Email [email protected] with the subject line Personal data and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page for at least 30 days.
