When you order, you pay on this website or through our shop at checkout, and the price, shipping cost and delivery estimate you see there are the ones that apply. We ship from warehouses in the EU and the USA, and every destination we serve is listed at checkout.
Unused cookware in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The confirmation you receive after ordering explains how to start a return; if anything is unclear, email us first and we will sort it out.
Every Dutch Cookware piece carries a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, including faulty handles, loose lids and enamel that chips from normal cooking. The warranty does not cover misuse, thermal shock, damage from metal tools, or the normal marks of daily cooking. Claims start with an email and usually end with a replacement part or piece.
